CC Coating and Machine, Inc. is located at 658 Omaha in beautiful Corpus Christi, Texas.  We are dedicated to providing the highest standard of repair and parts manufacture for oil, chemical and construction industry equipment.  Our regular hours of operation consist of two shifts daily, but we are available to work 24/7 to get your equipment back in the field so you can get back to business.  For your convenience we pick up and deliver in South Texas.

 

Office hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with shop hours from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and round the clock when necessary. 

 

Full Service Coating, grinding and lapping equipment, including Certified HVOF for carbide and Diamond lapping, are among the services we provide.  Knowing that machining Teflon, Ryton, and Micarda Rings can be a vital part of your business, we make it our business to do just that, along with Brush Plating.

·       The aptitude for repairing rotating equipment, blowers, deepwell & splitcase pumps, rotary compressors, food processing equipment, printing rolls and more.

 

·       A large inventory of compressor packing and the ability to perform CNC Machining.

 

·       Repair of reciprocating gas compressors, positive displacement pumps with rebuilt parts in stock for faster turnaround.

·       C.C. Coating & Machine became the first and only Certified HVOF coating facility in the Gulf Coast States, in early 2003.  The super-finishing capabilities we have developed allow us to easily finish two to four microns on non-crystalline coatings. 

 

·       C.C. technicians can tear down equipment, inspect it for wear and tolerance, rebuild parts to their original specifications, or manufacture new parts if necessary. 

 

·       Turbine rotors with worn areas can be rebuilt without having to remove the wheels.  We have the capabilities to swing 49 ˝ inches in our largest grinder and 51 inches in our largest lathe.
